Welcome to Cà Vendalis, in the heart of the Euganean Hills.

Our farm was born from Federico Sambinello's dream, offering wines, extra virgin olive oil, jams and authentic zero-mile products.

This Service Charter is designed to offer you transparency, hospitality and useful information for your stay.

Pets

Cà Vendalis is pet friendly: small pets under 6 kg are welcome and welcomed with care.

Upon arrival you will find a cot, bowl, biscuits and hygienic bags available. A deposit of € 200.00 will be required.

  • Pets are allowed in the accommodations and common areas, always respecting other guests.
  • They are not allowed in the breakfast area.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in the common areas and in the park.
  • There are large walking areas, where they can run freely.
  • Responsible management is recommended, avoiding damage to structures and furnishings, and always picking up any faeces.

* Any damage caused by dogs, or stains on the wooden floor will be charged.

 

Fire Prevention – No Smoking

For the safety and well-being of all:

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations.
  • The use of stoves, personal irons or open flames is not permitted.
  • The structure used for the rooms is smoke-free: we invite you to enjoy the scents of nature and, perhaps, to take a break from smoking.

 

Heating and cooling

The accommodations are equipped with independent air conditioning.

We invite you, out of respect for the environment, to:

  • Close doors and windows while the system is running.
  • Use heating/cooling sensibly.

 

Opening hours and check-in

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 10:30 AM
  • Tastings and visits: by reservation (evenings)

With this document, Cà Vendalis, owner of the site cavendalis.com (hereinafter, “Site”), informs the interested party (User) that his/her personal data, relating to navigation within the Site itself, with direct access from the homepage or through subpages, will be treated with the utmost care and with tools designed to guarantee suitable security. It is specified that this information – compliant with the provisions of Article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 – is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted via the links present therein.

1. TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

1.1. Data deriving from the User's navigation

This data, through the normal functioning of the Site, is acquired and transmitted implicitly in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but, by its very nature, through processing with data held by third parties, it could allow Users to be identified.

These data processing and association activities are never carried out by the data controller, they are used for the sole purpose of checking the correct functioning and are automatically deleted after processing.

This data is provided by the User, during the voluntary interaction with the Site, by filling out the contact form or by e-mail, in order to request information or for any personal purpose. For all data provided voluntarily, the User himself/herself has given express authorization to the processing.

The data processing will be carried out electronically and automatically, for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.
The personal data processed through the Site will not be disclosed and/or communicated to third parties, and will be stored at the server housing service provider's premises, with methods, times and tools aimed at ensuring maximum security and confidentiality.

7. NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND REFUSAL TO PROVIDE DATA

The provision of personal data by the User, for the purposes mentioned above, is free and optional. However, failure to provide the data will make it impossible to provide feedback to messages forwarded or that the interested party intends to forward through the contact form or by e-mail.

8. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

The GDPR Regulation guarantees interested parties a series of rights over their personal data processed by the Data Controller. In particular, we inform you that the Law recognizes the rights to Users under Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 and 82 of the GDPR (e.g. to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their data, the deletion of data processed in violation of the law, rectification, opposition for legitimate reasons to their use, etc.).

The Data Controller undertakes to provide feedback within 30 days and, in the event of impossibility to respect these deadlines, to justify any extension of the expected terms. The feedback will be free of charge except in cases of unfounded or excessive requests for which a fee may be charged not exceeding the costs actually incurred for the research carried out.
